Ingredients
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons ghee

- 4–5 cardamom pods (powdered)
Method – Step by Step
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan on medium flame.
- Add the grated carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes until they soften and release a nice aroma.
- Pour in the milk and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until the milk reduces and the carrots become tender.
