Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Since this is a food product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.
However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
ElixX Healthy Sugar will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any health conditions before consuming sweeteners.

Your privacy and payment data are protected as per Shopify’s and Razorpay’s security standards.
We do not share your personal data with any third parties except for shipping and order fulfillment.
